The world got a taste of the magnificent new Betsey Johnson fashion designer swimwear in the sunshine state this past summer. Perhaps it is a sign we are moving ahead of the recession that has detrimentally plagued the fashion industry for too long now. Whatever your taste in Betsy Johnson bikini may be, I am certain that is the outcome everyone is hoping for! In this light, happiness was a mood all designers were channeling most definitely. It was evident in the day-glow color palettes, and exquisite details made the biggest splash between collections.

Poko Pano brought back the reason why Brazilian swim suits once more dominate with their classic South American suits twisted with some American design. There were floral designs, beautiful, magnificent colors, all on a vibrant white background. Mara Hoffman brought a collection with very unique swimwear pieces with tribal and Native American inspired motifs, all in vibrant colors. Hoffman is good at making sure the customer gets exactly what they want, so there are all types of coverage options to choose from. You can choose the classic one-piece suit, or the ever-so popular two-piece bikini. Whatever suits you, you are sure to find a piece you like.

While being in Miami, you could really feel the traditional tropical feel with Luli Fama's swimwear collection. The swim pieces were made full of Latin-themed sexiness and the magnificent Miami tropical colors. Monica Wise, the Mercedes Benz Presents Designer of 2010, brought her gorgeous and refreshing swimwear collection. Not only do her pieces look wonderful and unique, but she also uses her proceeds to enhance living conditions in Africa.

Also, to make sure you feel girly, there are suits with bows and lingerie-inspired details. Betsey Johnson's designer swimsuits may also be for those looking for the more feminine suits. The pieces were bright and were adorned with ruffles, bows, rosettes, and even a new twist on pleats, introducing the origami fold.

Salinas went back to the classics with their 2010 designs, not miserly at all in their excessive use of hearts, dots, stripes, and florals. Adding super girly details, a variety of their suits were accented with bows and lingerie-inspiration.
